About

When I was 6 years old, my dad set me in front of a TRS-80 Model II and introduced me to the world of BASIC programming. I was immediately hooked and thus started a lifelong love of learning and understanding how technology at all levels functions.


Fast-forward to early career days as a tech support analyst, I was given an opportunity to develop an inventory tracking system and learned what a SQL was [hint – it isn’t the 2nd movie in a series…] and discovered that data systems, how they are built, maintained, and governed was where I wanted to focus and provide value to the companies I worked with.


Over the past 25 years, I have been blessed to be part of some major transformation projects and built critical skills and developed a pattern of building data governance & data architecture standards along the way.

  1. Technical Solutions Architect / CSDM Product Manager

    • Led data governance and architecture for ServiceNow as a Platform for Verizon
    • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) leading implementation of CSDM 5.0 (Common Services Data Model)
    • Partnered with cross functional teams to architect and guide ServiceNow platform implementations for both internal customer and external business facing instances across ITSM, ITOM, and GRC modules.

    • Led data governance and architecture for ServiceNow as a Platform for PepsiCo.
    • Technical Solution Architect for implementation of CSDM 4.0 (Common Services Data Model)
    • Partnered with cross functional teams to architect and guide ServiceNow platform implementations for both internal customer and external business facing instances across ITSM, ITOM, and GRC modules.

    • Designed and implemented a Reporting & Data Warehouse strategy for HP Service Management.
    • Designed and implemented a Reporting & Data Warehouse strategy for HP Service Management.
    • Designed and implemented a comprehensive Reporting Strategy for the Enterprise Project Management office. Results of this strategy enabled improvements in Project Management capability, efficiency and maturity across the Global Technology Services portfolio.
  1. Data Conversion Team Lead

    • Led multiple data conversion teams across upgrade projects for PepsiCo IT. Directed between 7-9 resources through full agile lifecycle to develop data conversions from various legacy systems into modern ERP solutions for SAP and Oracle Financials.
    • Drove data modeling, cleansing/matching strategy and performance improvements that led to reduced downtime and quicker turnaround for each project milestone.
